It's coming!
A week from tomorrow will begin NaNoWriMo. In a week, the shared hell of hundreds of would-be (and otherwise) authors striving to write 50,000 words on a new project will begin.

Call me a masochist, but I'm excited.

The project I wrote last year -- "When All's Said and Done" -- was finished last week. Over 80,000 words total in the first draft. Starting next Tuesday, I shall begin its sequel, "When the Gods Cry." Doesn't that sound fun? I think it does.

Yaaaaay for NaNo.

It's good to hear from you, Erin!

Have you seen Serenity yet? It's an awesome movie based on an awesome (but canceled) TV show and I think you'd like it. I'm completely obsessed. =P

Have a great week!

Loving the show (SciFi shows it at 7 on Fridays) but I don't know when I'll get to see the movie :(

Yay! Another Firefly fan! =D I think last week they aired the last episode ("Objects in Space") on SciFi because it's not on this week. =/

Serenity is already in the cheap theater here... It's not doing well at the boxoffice at all. =( But everyone I've seen it with has loved it so maybe DVD sales will be good. Hopefully some network will pick up the show again, and not be stupid like FOX and air it out of order. But I'm not holding my breath.

Its sad. I was getting all ready to write something out-of-genre, like a real-life based mystery, but instead here I am plotting out a Firefly-based piece.
